Accountants Focus on Employee Benefits in Free Workshop
Llandudno Junction-based chartered accountants Gareth Hughes & Co will explore employee benefits in the firms latest free breakfast workshop for businesses.
The workshop, which will take place on Wednesday, 14 January 2009, is titled Feeling the Benefits: Employee Incentives and You.
Held in conjunction with Gamlins Solicitors, a firm with offices across North Wales, the workshop will explore employee incentives and benefits, including company cars, and also look at how to advertise vacancies and interview recruits without falling foul of the law.
Other topics to be covered in future workshops include grooming a business for sale or succession, on 18 February, and ways for businesses to get the best value from their accountant, on 18 March.
Marcus Wilkes, a director of Gareth Hughes & Co, said: “Employment issues are often one of the biggest challenges for owner-managed and other businesses, so we hope this workshop will provide useful advice on some common concerns.”
All the workshops will start with breakfast at 8am at the offices of Gareth Hughes & Co, at The Round House, Glan y Mor Road, Llandudno Junction, and conclude at 10am.
