Colleagues celebrate exam success
Gareth Hughes & Co is celebrating the success of two colleagues in professional examinations.
Barry Palmer, who joined the firm four years ago, qualified in February as a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), for which he studied for the last three-and-a-half years on a day release basis at Manchester Metropolitan University.
He will continue in his role at the practice as a client manager, to which he brings particular expertise in setting up Sage accounting systems and training to help clients use Sage to manage their businesses more effectively.
Bryn Jones also passed a significant professional milestone in February by becoming member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT). Bryn has studied for the qualification over the last three years, attending Llandrillo College on a day release basis.
